What is Strategic Marketing?
Many people think that marketing is advertising. However, advertising is just a part of marketing. In marketing there is the marketing mix - or the four P's - PRODUCT, PRICE, PLACE, and PROMOTION. In strategic marketing we review all four areas - "to make sure your house is in order."
We have found that sometimes when a client thinks they need an "ad," what they need is to reassess their PRODUCT, PRICE, and PLACE...
as well as the PROMOTION!
If PRICE, PRODUCT, or PLACE are off - then all the PROMOTION in the world will not work! We look at the client's goals, targets, demographics, etc., and strategically plan a promotional road map.
